Site-to-site VPN is enabled in the Remote Access Management Console in Windows Server 2012. Clicking Enable Site-To-Site VPN in the Configuration task pane launches a wizard for configuring the settings for site-to-site VPN.
During configuration, the wizard retrieves and then sets on the server such information as any applied Group Policy Objects as well as DirectAccess and VPN configuration. When complete, the wizard reports the results, as shown in Figure 3-5.

As you can see from these results, warnings indicate that the Remote Access (remoteaccess) service needs to be restarted for the changes to take effect.
